Does this replace Mindbody?
No. Mindbody stays your booking and membership platform. OpenClaw is the layer that connects Mindbody to external tools like QuickBooks, Slack, Mailchimp, and Google Calendar. Your class schedules, client profiles, and POS data stay exactly where they are. OpenClaw just makes them available to the rest of your tech stack.
How is this different from Mindbody's built-in marketing tools?
Mindbody's built-in marketing (automated emails, campaigns) only works with data inside Mindbody and only sends through Mindbody's own channels. OpenClaw lets you route Mindbody data to any external tool. Want class attendance data to trigger a campaign in Mailchimp or Klaviyo? Want membership cancellations to alert your team in Slack? That's what OpenClaw handles. The two work alongside each other.
How long does setup take?
Most integrations are running within 3 to 5 days. Day one covers the Mindbody API connection and webhook configuration. The remaining time goes toward mapping your specific workflows (which sales data goes to QuickBooks, which class events trigger follow-ups, how membership data syncs to your CRM) and testing end to end.
