Terms of Service

1. Services

NYC Claw provides AI assistant setup services, including discovery calls, remote setup, and in-person setup in New York City. Our services involve installing and configuring the open-source OpenClaw AI assistant on your devices.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD on our website. The $50 discovery call fee credits toward any setup package purchased within 30 days.

3. Refund Policy

Discovery calls are non-refundable once completed. For setup services, if you are not satisfied with the setup, we will work with you to resolve any issues. If we cannot resolve the issue, we offer a full refund within 14 days of service delivery.

4. Follow-Up Support

Remote Setup includes 2 weeks of follow-up support. In-Person NYC includes 1 month of priority support. Support covers configuration adjustments, troubleshooting, and guidance on using OpenClaw. It does not cover unrelated IT support or new feature development.

5. OpenClaw Software

OpenClaw is open-source software licensed under its own terms. NYC Claw provides setup services for OpenClaw but is not the developer or maintainer of the software. We do not guarantee the continued availability or functionality of OpenClaw or any third-party AI providers.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing access to your devices during the setup process
• Maintaining your own AI provider accounts and API keys after setup
• Any costs associated with third-party AI API usage
• Backing up your data before the setup process

7. Limitation of Liability

NYC Claw's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for any data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from the use of OpenClaw or third-party AI services.
